If you have a complaint

It is our aim to provide you with the highest level of customer service possible. However, if we fall short or you experience a problem, please give us the opportunity to resolve things. We will always seek to respond positively and resolve things as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Complaint Process:

We will respond to your complaint within 5 working days. If we need longer, we will email to give you an update and let you know when you can expect a full response.

Once all the details of the complaint have been investigated, (we may call you for further details) we will issue a ‘final response’ to your complaint.
